Stylish single-level bungalow villas offer an open-plan layout comprising a living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living room features a high wooden ceiling, a fireplace, and modern furnishings including a corner sofa, satellite TV, and a DVD player. The kitchen, with cherry wood cabinets and granite countertops, is fully equipped with an electric oven, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, and dishwasher (washing machine located in the bathroom adjacent to the main bedroom). A large dark wood dining table comfortably seats six on high chairs.

The master bedroom with a double bed has its own bathroom and terrace doors leading directly to the poolside terrace. The other two bedrooms each have two single beds; one has an en-suite shower room, and the other has access to a family bathroom which completes the accommodation.

Each bedroom and the living room are equipped with air conditioning for cooling and heating, included in the price. Upon request, a baby cot, high chair, and hairdryers are available.

The private pool, measuring 8 meters by 4 meters with entry steps and a ladder, is surrounded by a sun terrace equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, and a poolside shower. A barbecue is available for outdoor dining during the warm summer months.
