Marissy's House has 2 floors designed and renovated with passion by our father, Lakis Erotokritou. The architect utilized various materials, modern furniture, marbles, wood, and stone, paying attention to every detail.

On the ground floor of the villa, there is a stylish open-plan kitchen with all necessary appliances and tools needed to prepare any kind of meal. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area that can accommodate up to 8 people. The integration of the open kitchen and dining area provides a comfortable and relaxing environment for your gatherings.

The living room is designed with modern and artistic materials such as artistic wall paints, carpets, and mirrors, ensuring that every corner has a story to tell. Guests have access to a comfortable sofa and a 52-inch Smart TV.

Additionally, you will find a cozy nook suitable for relaxation and reading a book on a large sofa while enjoying sunset views.

Moving to the 1st floor, you will find two spacious bedrooms, each equipped with a wardrobe, desk, air conditioning, and fans, as well as two bedrooms with twin beds. For couples, the twin beds can be placed together to form queen-size beds. The bedrooms share a narrow bathroom.

Furthermore, on the 2nd floor, there is also a separate spacious modern studio room, perfect for guests working remotely, providing them with private space. The suite includes a fully equipped bedroom with its own kitchen, bathroom, air conditioning, desk, balcony, and a 52-inch TV.

Outside, there is seating area and sun loungers for relaxation. If you are planning a family gathering, the outdoor grill promises unforgettable cooking and joy.

However, the centerpiece is the luxurious private Jacuzzi with hot/cold tap and various massage modes.

Nevertheless, guests have access to a shared pool, available only to guests and a few neighbors living nearby. You will receive a private key for access.
